Private Talk: Mass General Research Institute at Massachusetts General Hospital

November 17, 2016 — 10:00am

A speaker from our clinical branch of the Alda Center will give an interactive talk at the Mass General Research Institute. The participants will explore using innovative methods to help medical professionals learn to connect and communicate responsively with patients, families, colleagues and the public. The Alda Center method includes improvisational theater exercises, as well as other techniques, to help doctors-in-training learn to listen intently, read verbal and nonverbal cues, and respond with greater empathy.

This event is private, with participation by invitation only.
